First room toilet was dirty & broke. Would not flush. Got a different room & that toilet was dirty was well. I booked online & didn't know it was through expedia so in the end military or active firefighter discounts could not be applied. Person checking in told us he apply bt at check out they said they couldn't apply them. Also thought I was gettin 2 queens with walkin shower & assistance bars as shown & they said they're queens didn't come with that type of shower. At checkout I was told they don't give receipts so don't know what even was charged or credited. I've booked online before just not with expedia & never had anything like this before. Needless to say I'll not stay at that hotel or use expedia again!

We enjoy our stay at the Troy hotel. Everything from the price to the food was very good. Staff was helpful. And we had a pool

We arrived between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and no one was at the front desk or even in the lobby at all. It took 10 minutes before a maid appeared and went to get the check-in person. Then we were told that a room would not be ready for 30 to 60 minutes. We left and returned in about an hour and again, no one at the front desk for 5-10 minutes. Breakfast that was supposed to be available at 6:30 was not available before we left at 7:15.

The chair and ottoman in our room looked as if a cat had claws on it. It was also dirty. There was a parking fee that I do not under as well.

I paid for a king bed and rhey moved me to a double and the mattress was bigger than the frame and made the bed uncomfortable where we would fall off. Very unpleased nothin was offered since it was yall mistake

The central area inside was up to date. but he bathroom in the rooms and the outside looked older. Room was clean.
