Great stay in Trosa
Posted 28 Oct 2019 on HotelsOur hotel room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! There was a huge variety and all very delicious. Parking was somewhat difficult the night we were there. The town is very walkable, but it was raining and windy, so we didn’t take advantage of that. We only stayed one night.

Great hotel in a great location!
Unfortunately I was not able to get the key from my room (and actually stay in my room) because there is no staff on Sundays. There is a phone number by entrance door -

We are very sorry, but this booking came in after we had closed the reception. The online booking should be closed on Sundays after 3 pm but somehow this booking came in after closing anyway. We have not charge for this booking and sincerely hope that you have received your money back from Hotels.com. We apologize for this. The guests who book and arrives on Sundays get an entrance code and their key is waiting inside.

What a lovely hotel. Only wish we could have used the pool. It closed while we were out to dinner. 8pm
