Lake of communication!!!! We arrived at the airport in Norway and still had not received the code to get in our room. Took a few international calls before we could finally get into the room!!! Unacceptable!!!!

We liked the location and found it easy to walk to the city center. The amenities were great. We loved all the space we had.

Really enjoyed staying here. Would recommend. Clean, well-appointed apartment with view out to Fjord as requested. Well situated in easy walking distance of city attractions, tour pick up locations, shops, bars & restaurants. Very quiet. Comfy bed, but very thin duvets had to put on more layers to go to bed!!
Found electronic key on phone useful as easy late access by night door usefulon arrival & after tours, but restrictive as we both had to be together all the time.
Would be useful if key facility could be made available to other guests sharing the apartment.
Restaurant on ground floor but limited opening so didn't use.

Stayed in apt 505, the doorknob gets jammed from the inside. Making it hard to get out of the apt. Suggest replacing it with a new one. Overall my experience was great!

The bed was very uncomfortable.

Other than a few minor things it was a really good experience and the room was exactly what we needed.

Great location. Small room, but good enough.
All facilities in the room are working well. Will be really nice to have some basic condiments such as salt and pepper in the kitchen.
The host was helpful to ensure we could check in via message & email. Apart from that there is not much information about the room and the stay. The contactless check in process and information about the stay could be improved.
