The hotel is in walking distance (10-15 min) to beach and restaurants. The food was excellent!

An private oasis

Great place. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful; it was worth the €23 per person. Staff were terrific and very accommodating with requests. Staff were fluently trilingual (Creole, French, and English), which was greatly appreciated. The Carmichael suite had a great view of the bay. The private jacuzzi was perfect to relax in after a day of sight-seeing. The pool was also very nice. They also have spa services available (e.g, massage, facials). Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Martinique.

Never going back again

No running water for at least half of our stay. No offer of compensation whatsoever. If you like duck liver,snails,boiled pigs blood....enjoy this place.

You pay 600$ per night NOT TO SLEEP MORE THAN 6 HOURS!! The staff working beneath the rooms: clean and replace plates, forks, knives and spoons making terrible noise from 5pm to almost midnight.. and then restart at 6am in the morning.. As for the suites and the misrepresentation... The owner is very dishonest and tricked the photos to lure people to this place.. the rooms are small and certainly not suites. And you CANNOT TRUST this hotel owner who brought us into a room “La Caramel” seen on this website to explain what was different from the photos with the supposedly interior bath and a view on the bay, while CLIENTS RENTING IT HAD STEPPED OUT.. this without even asking them for permission. An enormous breach of privacy. So the minute I realized this room was “occupied” I asked to leave immediately as I would have never want anything like this happening in reversed roles... The owner was embarrassed but did not offer any apologies, nor compensation and tried to cover his mistakes and lies.... So disappointing again for 600$ a night in Martinique!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to share your feedback following your recent stay. I will respond point by point to your comments to remain factual. Anyway one thing counts: your appreciation. I regret that it is overall negative and you have not found in La Suite Villa what you were looking for. Not having been routinely challenged by our customers on the sound of cutlery I gave myself to the experience "in vivo" and admits their existence, even if the doors of the rooms are known to be soundproof. So we will work on our organization to solve this issue as part of our continued commitment to satisfy our guests. I understand, you weren't expecting that kind of suite but in France, we can use the term Suite when we have two separated areas. In our hotel, we have the bedroom and the furnished terrace (including Hot tub), as shown on photos... on our website to avoid discrepancies between what you receive and what you expected. Even so I respect your feedback and we will use it to improve our guests experiences ; I can’t let you tell on the net that we trick our pictures and globally discredit me as you did. As an example you were able to see in the room Caramel (which by the way was occupied by my daughter, if not I won’t obviously drive you in an occupied one), the view of La Baie de Fort de France in front of the hot tubs. We never had "bath" in any of our rooms. The baths have always been located on the terraces, for greatest comfort we changed "baths" by hot tubs. Finally, and to illustrate our state of mind, I remind you that we tried to give you satisfaction through several initiatives : By offering you an upgrade into a villa with a private garden and an hot that you refused. And for your comfort we changed the bed sheet from linen to cotton! Once again we are sorry that your stay a didn’t meet your expectation. Sincerely
