To dark in parking lot. Neighborhood was iffy/dilapidated. Room smelled of smoke/weed and found bathroom window wide open(and noted bars on them as well-not a good sign)

This place was very/ old. The beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of squeaking noises when you moved around. The floor were filthy. I was afraid to take my shoes off. There was a pile of caked on dirt in the bathroom. It looked as though the floors had never been mopped since it was built.

The one night we stayed there it was very noisy. People walking up and down in front of the room late into the night talking loudly and yelling at one another. Then it seems they were up at 5:30 am doing it all over again. The TV only worked on about half the channels. Those channels that didn't work had a picture but no sound. The A/C was marginal. Almost afraid of turning it on for fear of getting Legionnaire's disease. The bath water was hot and plentiful; although the shower pipe leaked and the button to turn the shower off--should you want to take a bath--could not be forced down.

We have stayed here several times, although this time the room had a couple of "flaws". I understand that the upkeep of properties must be extremely difficult. The particular room we had this time had a door security problem, the extra "lock" that you normally close a ever over it had been broken off, as maybe the door was kicked in or something. Also the shower was troublesome.

Typical motel stay with park-at-the-door spaces. Outdoor ice machine was not in working order so quick visit to office for ice. Full, hot breakfast selection buffet-style. Clean room, friendly staff.
