The food was good and the staff friendly, but they kept running out of things. This is only to expect in Cuba, but its important to be aware of. If you speak Spanish there will be no problems with communication, but their English is basic. The night shows were medicore and the rooms were average.

BEWARE! This property should really be REMOVED from Expedia ASAP!!! The pictures are true! Maybe when they 1st built it in 1986! They had NO JUICE in the inside bar & NO ICE or FOOD at the bar near the pool which closes very early!!! NONE of these exist as stated ELEVATOR, NO in room WIFI, Beach Bar, Childrens Club,Pool Table, Gym, Coffee shop, Arcade room,tennis court, playground.
Needless to say we ended up leaving Trinidad due to this hotel the very next day! HORRIBLE!

Food was not good at all, not even the reservation dinners. We could not find people to book excursions during the day. No running water for 3 days. No hot water for the duration of the trip. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. They ran out of wifi cards for the entire resort. Informed the staff of problems in the beginning and none of them were fixed. Highly recommend you choose a different resort.

Basic hotel, does the job
Posted 11 Jul 2018Basic hotel, probably overpriced for what you get but room clean and did the job. Hotel itself is an eye saw. All inclusive deal good however queues for bar food pizza etc took 30-40 mins each time with no system. Food pretty awful. Pool looked nice but loud music playing all day. When it rained the whole of the hotel lobby was flooded about 20cm, it came into the restaurant too and water poured from the ceiling very close to electric wires. The whole place needs a lot of TLC and is probably an accident waiting to happen but it did the job and is right on the beach..!
