What a great location for train station and cruise port. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Posted 30 Sep 2023 on HotelsTanja at customer service was excellent in providing us w late check in instructions. She was very pleasant and provided quick replies. Tanja in the breakfast area was very diligent and takes pride in her work ensuring it was well run. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay! Don’t let the 2 stars deter you. The room was super spacious and really clean. The staff were really great and helpful as well! They recommended places to go, and helped us get transport to the airport. The hotel is nice and close to the main square and the canal which made it perfect. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice hotel!! The staff were warm and welcoming, everything was new, clean, and had great attention to detail. The breakfast was also very good, and they were very warm and friendly to my dog. The location was also perfect distance to city highlights and to the train station. I would stay here again and again. For the price, it really can't be beat. i was incredibly impressed.
