Good hotel located a bit remote from the city center but with great stuff and modern big rooms.
But the heating was a bit way to much hot

Disappointing!!
Posted 4 Aug 2023 on HotelsThey advertise they have A/C, this is not true. The manager admitted that the thermostat in the room does nothing and the temperature is set by the general manager and he has no control. The room was hot and miserable.

Dear Craig, we are very sorry that the AC did not work during your recent stay which was caused by a broken circuit board of the AC a few days before your arrival. Unfortunate that part was not available and could only be repaired on your check out day. Now its all up and running and due to the bad weather people are actually asking to switch it off as its so cold but as by the forecast it looks like we will have another summer coming by end of this week. We truly hope we will be able to welcome you back again soon to a nicely, cooled hotel, as it should be. Kind regards, Michaela & Team
