The lady who checked us in was charming and very helpful. Our room was spotless and we strolled out for lunch close by. It was very quiet overnight and we got a great night's sleep. Very pleased!

I thought the fact that they charge you an extra $20 to stay on the ground floor was awful. I also thought that they charge you an extra $20/hour for each hour early that you check in was absolutely ridiculous. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have never heard of a hotel doing that especially if the room is ready anyways!
