Tried to call several times to make arrangements for checkin. No answer via phone or email. Went to location and finally found staff to let us in. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast was good andstafg helpful.

Quick stay in Trento
Posted 6 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis B&B was a total surprise. The room was excellent, well cleaned, good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower stall was large for Europe. The breakfast was very nice with prepared on request eggs. It's location across the street from the castle was very convenient. They provided a great recommendation for dinner and it came with a 10% discount. They have an arrangement with a parking garage for a €12 for overnight. We would stay there again. Trento is lovely!

Excellent location right right across from the castle. More informative check-in process. Breakfast was good but not a traditional buffet style. Nice variety of cakes.

Great location in Trento!

Our only complaint is that as of September 2023 the elevator is out of service and we had no one to help us take our bags up and down two long flights of stairs. The elevator is being repaired so hopefully it will be fixed soon. Costello del Buonconsiglio is beyond words!
