"Very nice, it wasn’t an issue for our stay, but they do rent their pool out so there is a potential do things to get very crowded. Overall very nice condo , beach, and pools. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel, especially for the price. Everything was clean and well-maintained—from the room to the bathroom. The towels were fresh and spotless, which is always a big plus. I didn’t notice any bugs or unpleasant smells, so it felt comfortable and well cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Kim, the manager—she was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. If you’re traveling on a budget and want a clean, comfortable place with excellent service, this is definitely a solid choice. I’d stay here again! "

"The staff does not communicate well together and our vehicle was towed. We parked where they told us to park in overflow and the next day our vehicle was towed. We understood that they could only offer 2 parking permits and I offered to pay for one more since we had 3 vehicles. But where they told us to park we were towed and it cost $280. They were not willing to Help with the charges. "

"Everything about our stay was great. Check in was fast, room was great. Landshark grill was easy and quick to eat at. The pool is nice although you need to get there early to get seats. This was our second stay and we will be back again!"

"Room was pretty decent. I didnt like the door lock thing. Beds were clean but I did find someone elses hair in the bed. My husband got bit by a bug, we dont know what kind of bug. Shower pressure was great. Pool was cold. "

"Never stay at this place or use Expedia. Our first room only had cold, brown water. We tried to let the hotel know but couldn’t find anyone at the front desk and no one answered the phone. You can’t leave a message either. We even tried to email and to this day no one has answered it. It was difficult to get a new room and on our second day in that room there was no water for hours. Now we’re trying to get a refund, but that is proving very difficult since we used a third party - Expedia. We’ve experienced nothing but terrible customer service from this hotel and Expedia."
