The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and many nearby places to eat. Parking at the hotel was available but as the weekend neared, it was nearly full. The room was clean and simple.

I did not read the hotel amenities clearly, and was shocked when checking in. Parking was $10 a day and no breakfast, coffee in office only. I should have read them more closely. All the king size beds are on the second floor. No elevator and steps are the short ones that are very hard to climb. All the rooms face towards the center with a very small pool in the middle. The kids screamed excitedly till the pool closed and then the adults stood on the balcony and got good and drunk till about midnight. With all the rooms facing inwards even a small sound is clearly heard in all rooms. It's a new hotel so it was clean.

Hotel was easy to find and surprisingly very nice. The room was good and clean. The only downside was that the walls felt to thin and I could hear everything, and the people staying above us made so much noise it sounded like they were rearranging the room nightly. Other than that it was great and would consider rebooking again.
