"Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. "

"The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. "Very good service, very clean, a little out dated with some of the rooms but otherwise it was close to the oven, pool area was great. Staff was nice and accommodating. The staff kept the area clean. "

"We stayed on the 4th floor with an extended balcony, so we had a great view and plenty of space to sit on the balcony with it's 4 chairs and table. The parking can be tight so if you get a close up spot consider yourself luckt. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Cafe staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The giftshop had plenty of items to choose from and some are discounted. The pool area was nice and clean. Our room was spacious since it was only 2 of us and we had a double bed, pull out sofa and balcony with a view of the ocean. The room felt it needed updating with the balcony door and the door that took me several times to try to unlock after it was green. Staff is constantly cleaning so every smelled fresh. Beach access was really close and convenient. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. We both had a great time. "
