There’s a mandatory resort fee you have to pay in order to use the pools, which the indoor was sooo nasty no one swam in it, and then the outdoor pool. The amount was exuberant amount. "The room was clean, but the covers were so thin that we were grateful that we took blankets. As per the pillows, Ive stayed at my fair share of hotels and each had given us at least 2 sets on each bed. Well we only had a total of 4 thin pillows for 2 full beds. Another thing was the online picture & the room description said beds would be queen size beds & I can attest both were full. The ac takes forever to cool the room down. Overall: hotel gets a 3. For the price it isn’t bad but I wish we had more pillows."

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Although there was a power outage that caused elevators to be stuck . It took me three times to finally get new/more bath towels. Also, I really wish there had been gluten free options for food. Lastly, I wish parking for guests who have hotel room reservations would have been prioritized. It was chaotic and it felt unfair that guests with day passes got to park in the parking lot, leaving us , those with an actual hotel reservation, to park in the overflow parking across the street."

"We had a great experience during our stay. The breakfast was good and fresh, however the dining area is very small and really packed. The hot tub was cold, the pool was warmer. The walk to the beach was quick and easy to get to but there is a short span where there is no runner and difficult for the wagons to roll but maneuvering was possible. The beach access and side doors were not locked as key card access was not working. Overall great stay and plan to return."
