"room had a musty odor, patio door was screwed shut. The property was in bad need of a lot of fixes to the pool and spa areas, missing tiles and cracked pool surfaces. Trash on grounds. One pool had 3 drunk people with beer cans floating around and what looked like a turd. Gross! Good thing there ..."
