Great place to stay if you just want to rest and enjoy the beach. Location is walking distance from several businesses and easy to find. It's really close to the beach, a few steps. It's not on the beach. Just wish there had been a broom because I didn't realize how much sand we brought in from the beach. We were given an upgraded room, which was really the size of an apartment. It made us feel at home. Definitely will pay and book for the bigger room, because it'll be worth it. It's a quiet area, more like residential part of town, which we enjoyed.

Mattress was broke took 3 days to replace. So we left early.

Room was a little small and lacked a closet, but room was nice and clean. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs. For the price we paid, it was a great place to stay.

Convenient location. The staff was extra nice, friendly & helpful.
The room itself had a horrendous smell. We had to buy Febreze to stay in the room. This week was biker Heaven. There was some sort of celebration taking place over the entire weekend. The city was way beyond full of motorcycles. I’m not sure any motel would have been able to say you could sleep well because of the noise.

The area around the property is at the quiet end of the beach and convenient to Grand Lagoon (better restaurants with reasonable prices the what is on Front Beach road). The only downfall is that there is still some tornado damage to surrounding structures in the area. The Aqua View motel is NOT damaged. This is an older motel that has gone through several renovations. The flooring is recent and well as the bathroom tile and shower tile. This place is not directly on the beach but it is literally a two minute walk to the beach. For the price, this place is a good deal.
