Great location and friendly staff.
Posted 15 Feb 2023 on HotelsA modern hotel in the historic area of Trapani, which is well placed for a number of top attractions, restaurants and the main shopping streets. Reception staff were excellent and arranged valet parking and take away breakfast on day of departure. We had a 3 night stay and would stay in this hotel again. Good value for money.

When we arrived I specifically asked if the room was facing a quiet street. I was assured that it was. Starting at 8 the street facing the room became very loud. The front desk people said oh yes the restaurant will close at 11:30-12. We had to demand at 11 to move rooms as we were exhausted and irritated that they seem to think they could decide when we could go to sleep. Then we asked for access to the temperature and they claimed they did. It did not function!
To make matters worse the rude front desk person on check out was sure we could not understand Italian! Wrong! We understood as she insulted us to her colleague. What an uncomfortable rude experience!
