"A great stay! In the heart of Gatlinburg. Next to Anakeesta! Near alk the shops! What more could you ask for? Though I didn't see one on this last day, you may see an actual black bear in the parking lot or in the smoking area!"
"It is a nice hotel. My only complaint whould be that the outside door was very hard to close. You had to slam it to get it to shut. The door to the balcony was extremely hard to open. Other than that it was fine."
"Stayed 2 nights: Amazing location!! Walking distance to the LIFT, good size room, very clean, good foods, front desk personnel are friendly/helpful, beautiful/relaxing backyard with fire pit, spring mattress that’s why i put 4 stars for comfort, the rest aspects are 5 stars. We saw a wild bear in the parking lot and that made my day! You just have to be observant of the surroundings after all it’s called a Bear Country. Oh! Parking fee is $15 a night."
