The kitchenette was very helpful, there is a trolley stop very close to the hotel. Only complaint is that the elevator noise that alerts you about the floor is extremely loud and abrasive, but the stay was overall good and everything was clean and safe

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the parking was convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Room was very clean. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms kept us awake until after midnight one night. Not within walking distance of downtown. Overall, well priced, clean, no nonsense property. Highly recommend if you don’t need much in way of amenities and don’t mind driving everywhere.

We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last night, we planned to make a simple dinner of instant noodles in the room. However, there was no boiling pot—only a lidless frying pan. To make matters worse, the stovetop in our room kept malfunctioning. Front desk staff came to fix it, but it stopped working again just a few minutes later. In the end, we had to carry a pot of half-cooked noodles all the way to our friends' room on the 3rd floor to finish cooking, and then carry it back down. It feels like the suites have all the right setups on display, but they simply don’t function properly when you actually try to use them. Overall, poor room placement and non-functional room amenities ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope management takes maintenance and guest room allocation more seriously.
