"We had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg. It's a new hotel with high end features and design. The property was clean and the staff was helpful. We loved the outdoor pool and rooftop restaurant. Would definitely stay here again. All the other hotels pale in comparison."

"The Edge is our home away from home. So perfect a place right on the river and very close to the strip… but not so close to be loud. The rooms were big and very clean and our balcony allowed for lifetime memories to be made! We even watched as a bear looked for his supper in the river! We could walk everywhere easily. The staff was great and even the breakfast was perfect! We will be back soon!"

"Front desk gentleman was awesome when we checked in. The lady working the breakfast wasn’t very pleasant, or friendly. She seemed irritated at everyone. When someone is that unhappy it makes you kind of nervous when they are the ones preparing the food. Room was very nice for the price but they could improve the looks of the lobby and dining area. It’s outdated. Hotel was convenient to walk to attractions."

"For the price, it was an excellent accommodation! Only issue was consistent Hot water for multiple showers. Bathroom faucet was loosely connected to the sink but worked just fine. Host was very nice and hard working. She was running the front desk as well as cleaning rooms. Room was large and nicely decorated, too."
