The air conditioner does not work and when I inform them about the problem they say that it is normal and it does not work that it is very hot and I was not given my reserved room, but they gave me a smoking room and I booked a non-smoking room and although the air conditioner did not work, it smelled very bad. Too bad

Half renovated nice hotel
Posted 7 Aug 2022 on HotelsThis hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark.
Make sure to get the rooms with the view and avoid the fifth floor.
The staff only understand Turkish, but the are very freindly, if you can somehow get them to understand what you want.
Dinnig area is clean and has a stunning view and has a decent variety of breakfast. Make sure to ask for an omlete and they will nicely make you one.
Swimming pool is large and clean and not crowded at all.

Very very bad
Posted 24 Jul 2021 on HotelsThe hotel doesn’t deserve to be clasified as 3 stars , it is even not more than 1 star, the room And facility are very dirty and not clean , the matris and the bathroom are very unclean , no room service , no good breakfast , the staff are sleeping and not answering the phone , i had been cheated by charing me 104 US$. The hotel doesn’t deserve 20US$.the pictures at the web site are not reflecting the truth, you need to send some one to check the situation there, because such this hotel is effecting your reputation .

Staff friendliness and help-full
At check in they charged me 300 TR extra as booking said 1guest only but we were 2 guests
Swimming pool hard to access , Will have to go outside the hotel and down a steep 100 m ramp
Then another six steps and a small ramp to reach the swing pool
Room had cigarettes left over from the previous guests and smelled very bad overall
This is second hotel I face the same issue of 1 guest only instead of 2
So I guess it is an issue with how Expedia site works
I never had this problem with booking with other sites like booking.com
I’m hundred percent sure that initially I searched for one room to guests
I don’t know what happened in the final booking confirmation
But it seems that either Expedia website is not so friendly to point out this difference when I actually select the final rule or there is an issue with your website
