poor room service
Posted 20 Oct 2023 on HotelsNo one cleaned the room and changing towels, etc.. the whole day at the end of the day when we back and asked them they said we need to inform first that we need it to be cleaned!!! they have a very poor room service

Fantastic stay
Posted 30 Nov 2022 on HotelsAmazing experience of staying here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was rich and tasty. And the reception lady and people who work in the hotel are really hospital and friendly. I feel welcomed and warm of staying there.

This hotel has a very good location and also the staf this hotel were polite and friendly.we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
If we come Trabzon city again we will definiely stay at the Azra hotel.

Really bad experience

The rooms are very tight. And beds are adjacent to toilets. Forget about us using the washroom toilet even if the upper room or side rooms would use toilets we would hear loud noise.
We were hearing noises all the time. Could not sleep.
Bad breakfast on roof top. The only thing that was good was the roof top view.
Also i left my mobile charger there and when i called them back to inquire, they said no one found any charger in your room.
Also the cupboard was broken and lying on ground when we entered the room. They didnt even made effort pick it up and put it inside.
Very disappointing 😞
