"But it tries for a resort feel, there's a huge (tasty but chaotic) buffet, a bowling alley, an aquarium, lots of little shops, many restaurants, and a bunch more that I certainly missed. The room is very nice, clean, and the staff very friendly. "

The only negative is it is a bit far from the heart of Tokyo but the train system is so good it doesn’t really matter that much."

"Tobu was an extremely nice facility that was centrally located. It’s so close to the JR (Japan’s railway) making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I highly advise investing in tickets for the hotel’s breakfast. It had a lot of food options (i.e. an omelette bar, bacon, pastries, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit, salad, etc.) that made it easy to quickly eat and then be on your way to see the city. We would definitely stay at Tobu again!"

"Great central Tokyo hotel. You never have to go over half a mile to find many choice of restaurant. 3 convenience store within 5 min walk. "

"Rooms are clean and spacious, with individual temperature control, easy check-in and self check-out. I found my room to be very quiet and comfortable with a lovely view overlooking the city from the 14th floor. Amenities like skincare products and coffee/tea are available for self-serve in the lobby, while pajama robes were laid out on my bed upon arrival. Taxi area is clearly marked and attended by staff, seemingly at all times. Location in general is extremely walkable and accessible, as you are about 1-2 blocks from Shinjuku Station along with many malls, Family Marts, restaurants, shopping options etc. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and spoke great English. Bonus: they will hold luggage for short periods outside of your check-in/check-out times, as well as offer late check-out for a small hourly fee if needed. Would gladly stay here again!"

"This is a relatively new hotel that's close to the train station, restaurants, and convenient stores. One thing that could be improved is the bath towels. Some of the new towels provided does not smell fresh. Although they are clean, some have an objectionable smell that's probably due to how they are stored,"
