Although it is not a new property, the hotel still has a majestic and regal feel and is complimented by its excellent staff, service and ideal location.

Fantastic customer service. We checked in our bags as we arrived early and they had already placed them in our room when we finally checked into the room.
From the front desk to their bar, their customers service was top notch. They really made our stay in Toyama so easy.

I stay in this hotel frequently. The staff are excellent. The lobby area and restaurant are also excellent. The rooms are small as is typical for a Japanese hotel, but they need some updating. The rugs in the rooms are old and in this latest visit my rug had a patch.

The hotel is centrally located. However, there are fewer dining options located close to the hotel. The staff are excellent.

There were only smoking rooms and the smell was terrible.
