Beautiful resort with a high ratio of staff to guests. Employees were responsive and friendly. The person manning the spa and gift shop not so much.

It’s a great secluded property with a great beach . food choices are limited but the town is a nice 15 min walk or 5 min cab ride . If u are looking for a great quiet vacation with access to if need be to go to town and chill this is good place

We liked the ease of the hotel. Easy to access and simple for a quick trip. We thought the hotel lacked some accommodations of a higher level hotel. Only one average restaurant, not enough help around the pool and on the beach , a little strangely designed. Overall it’s fine and no major complaints.

View was spectacular, staff great. Food and dining limited, many shortages, boring menu, one restaurant. Too far from everything, expensive to get to points. Too far north.

This is SUCH a lovely resort, with very friendly staff and a breathtaking ocean backdrop. The location is what drew me here, in all honesty: it’s literally a 4 minute walk to one of my very FAV places: Tobacco Bay (and another 8 minutes beyond that to reach the shopping & restaurant -touristy- area. All in all, I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!

We were very well treated at the St. Regis Bermuda Resort. Staff got to know us by name and we them. (Nelson, Jack, Coco, Shan, Trey.....) We felt valued at all times. Staff were very well trained and appeared to have some autonomy. The place was spotless and my wife commented that any time she used a public washroom, off the pool/beach area for instance, it was as though it had just been cleaned! I felt the same as well. The food was excellent though very expensive, as it was every where in Bermuda. We enjoyed the Butler service which provided complimentary coffee each morning. A nice little perk! We walked every morning into The Town of St. Georges - a hilly 15 - 20 minutes. Streets are very narrow so must be aware of traffic but the area was not busy so very enjoyable.
