Asked for a pillow since we were utilizing the pull out couch and was told they do not give out pillows. Breakfast was a let down. Pancake machine broken, oj watered down, all sausage had the hardest skin, both types of omelets tasted terrible, etc etc. Not our greatest experience with Holiday Inn.

Not Embassy Suites; but, the bed was comfortable

The staff was friendly, but the property was poorly maintained. The light switch for the bathroom was not properly located or mounted and the as so close to the shower, it wasn’t safe

Property was older but nicely done. One elevator didn’t work. Some of the stuff in the gym didn’t work. Housekeeping was good. Snack room was well done and reasonable for a hotel.
