"The welcome out the hotel was faultless but sadly after that it went downhill. The tv and radio did not work in the room and the lights were faulty. Then at breakfast there was options to order individual dishes or eat from the buffet breakfast. I asked for an almond croissant and a chia pudding and a fresh juice. The waitress told me to get my own juice from the buffet (no cups or juice as it was empty) and told me to get my food items from the buffet also of which there was neither yet being there were pastry’s the same price as on the menu but not what was ordered. My husband ordered a full English wasn’t asked about eggs and when it came he was given no cutlery or asked for sauce and it was a total shambles! We also couldn’t dine in the restaurant as they had no seats so we were sat in the reception area! I gave up on the food so just had a coffee and no one ever checked in on us! It was the worst I’ve ever experienced! On check out they tried to change a service charge for just checking us in which we removed. The hotel is sadly style over substance and their poor attempt at an apology I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay again. A shame as things like this damage reputation in a tough London hotel market service is what stands you out from the crowd. "

"It was a great stay and the staff was just wonderful. The only issue was that it was kind of noisy in the room. Nothing crazy but not the silence I'm used to in hotels."

"Room was comfy and clean. The person on reception was very helpful was very helpful by sending text messages asking if i needed help with anything, and recommending where to eat etc…"

"Friendly staff…. Be careful at breakfast as it was very busy the time we stayed …. Rooms are tired….maybe a redecoration is needed "

"Small room with tiny letter box sized window. Felt more like a tomb. Shower door didn’t close and every time someone flushed a toilet above us, the plumbing would gurgle, delightful. Hotel is just ok, good location, but tired. "

"Frying pan was unusable. All cooking vessels seemed unsuitable for traditional oven use. Requested something suitable, staff never got back to me, had to pivot on self-made dinner. Asked for more paper towels as well, never came. Very loud suite. 1st floor above lobby, not ideal with children. Extremely loud water flow and loud banging could be heard in our bedroom at all hours of our stay. Loud enough to wake us up, and give us trouble getting back to sleep."

"Basement room smelt musty or like moisture. Had to be changed rooms. Staff agreed it did smell. Moved to a new room. The room didn’t had any coffee cups. Also nowhere to put luggage, or anything really. The staff put towels on the bed and literally no where to put them other than the floor. Not well appointed. The staff were great though that’s the only saving grace. "
