Nobody at front desk upon arrival. Rang bell and had to wait. Person who showed up was sweating, talking a mile a minute and shaking. Got to room, walked in and between the smell and the sheets that were at one time white and now are yellow we walked back to the front desk to leave and ask for a refund. Nobody was to be found. We decided it was better to drive the 4 hours home than to stay

Hello Chris. We had four Chris's in house and 48 rooms rented that day. Firstly I would like to apologize for my appearance and delay coming to the front desk. We were having some plumbing issues in our laundry room but no plumber could make it out over the long weekend which left me trying to get it under control myself. Unfortunately, we have hard water in this area that after a few washes turns linens off-white. For customer review, we had a dozen new pillows in rooms with new pillowcases and that is where you see the difference between the new pillowcase and other linen. The whole property is no smoking and that room was empty for four days before your stay.

No coffee machine in room. Clock didn’t work

Clean room and a good value marred by the morning staff accusing me of being someone the police were looking for, so basically I was stealing the “free” breakfast.
Guess I did not fit their typical client with muddy shoes and leaving trash in hallway.
