Exception property, beautifully decorated. Staff and Hosts were helpful, happy and enthusiastic. Everything was just wonderful.

Showering in the bath very insecure

Our bathroom pictures show some rooms with shower some rome with bath, why did you not ask us on your reservation you prefer with shower ?

Place was nice old building, no elevator so walk to third floor was steep , location was good , parking a shot walk away but price thru hotel was good

Very old building in the old center of Tours on a very narrow street in a congested area. Has some charm and good design ideas but also some rough edges and cut corners. Comfortable enough but could use some love when it comes to details.

when you choose to stay in the historic (between 15th and 18th century) area in France, you will not find boulevards but most of narrow streets and building built during this period with some inconveniences.Why are you did not choose Hilton hotels ?

Bit of a faff with the car park, a five minute walk but not bad. Would recommend
