One manager desk lady whit binocular eyeglasses when we arrive don’t say nothing about the resort and when we leave not even ask how was the stay, the food in the buffet its ok, the another restaurant we have only 3 nights themed restaurants we had the right to go three times and we were in a group of 13 people, the food was much better than the buffet, the spa is also only available for those who want to have a massage and the gym has very poor equipment, there is a pool at the bar which It stinks of urine like another very clean pool, I'll give it 3 stars overall

Comida ruim, serviços ruins (recepção com poucos funcionários e desatenciosos), serviço de limpeza de quarto ruim (não limparam o quarto num dia, esqueceram de repor toalhas em dois dias), serviço de atendimento ao hóspede ruim. A estrutura do hotel e ótima, assim como as praias.

O local é bonito mas peça MUITO, pelo serviço e pelas refeições. A variedade de comidas e o serviço são muito abaixo do esperado mesmo nos restaurantes de especialidades. E não há opções na redondeza. Estou decepcionado e não recomendo

Tivemos um excelente experiência. Quarto grande, comidas saborosas (pudim de leite sensacional) e fartas. Bebidas boas. Equipe de recreação atenciosa.

COMIDA DA PIOR QUALIDADE QUE JÁ VI EM MINHA VIDA DE TURISTA. QUALIFICAÇÃO TERRÍVEL. ATENDENTES MAL PAGOS E MAL TREINADOS, RECEBEM 60 REAIS DE DIÁRIA SEM DIREITO A TRANSPORTE. No dia 12/02/24, NO RRSTAURANTE ITALIANO ESPERAMOS 1 HORA PARA SER ATENDIFOS,OS ATENDENTES TRABALHARAM MUITO , VORRE CORRE MAS NSO DERAM CONTA POR FALTA DE PLANEJAMENTO DA DIREÇÃO. NÃO CRUZAMOS UMA SÓ VEZ EM 4 DIAS COM UM GERENTE OU PESSOA RESPONSÁVEL, SÓ FUNCIONÁRIOS MAL TREINADOS.

Espaço lindo mas serviço deixa a desejar

Ambientes do hotel excelentes, porém a comida deixa a deseja com poucas opções. Como fui em temporada, o hotel estavacheio, mas pelo seu tamanho comporta todos. O problema foram os serviços, que ao contrario do espaço,não atendeu a todos. Muita fila nas principais refeições, jantar no restaurante tematico demorou 1 hora para vim a entrada e mais 40 minutos para chegar o prato principal. Possui as melhorias opcoes de cerveja e choop, drinks, mas a demora para servir é alta pelo grande volume de pessoas. Mesma situação para pegar bebida no bar da piscinaDurante toda a estadia essas demoras foram constantes. Ficamos com a impressão que o hotel não está preparado para datas com alta demanda.
