Great hotel and really convenient for the motorway. Really good restaurant next door with views over the countryside. Friendly staff.

It was an extremely hot day for early May and the air conditioning didn’t work. The reception clerk said it was not working in the entire building. We assumed that they didn’t want to turn the system.

Good evening,
We have try to explain you, our air conditioning didn't work when you went to our hotel, we couldn't restart the system because a piece of the system is between the hands of the repairer and all the system was down.
We are sorry again but without this piece we can't restart the system and the repairer need a few days to fix the problem for us. Because of this, we couldn't repair the system during your stay and we provided to you a fan in the room to have some air during the night.
It was a hot day for early May and the air conditionning was restarted with this hot weather but one piece of the system was be broken, we have try to handle it like we could and we are sorry but it wasn't our fault.

Great hotel for overnight stopover
Posted 27 Sep 2019 on HotelsGreat location for an overnight stop on way home from South of France, hotel 2 mins off motorway. Lovely restaurant adjacent to hotel. Great gardens to relax in and great for dog to have a run around. Only downside was you had to pay for everything as an extra, no tea/coffee facilities in rooms you had to get it from reception and pay for everything. Nevertheless would certainly use again if doing this journey.

Posted 26 Aug 2018 on HotelsWell fitted out room, good breakfast and located convenient to the motorway. However a bit too far from town centre to walk though easy to park near centre.
Guests need to be aware that if arriving late there is no one on reception and need to make prior arrangements. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very convenient hotel for a stopover driving from Calais to South of France. Clean rooms, helpful staff and good shower!
