Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy taxi ride from and to airport. Room was clean and roomy. Only needed to provide adapters for charging phones for other internationally plugs. Also to be able to connect our own shows/movies from our iPad would have been nice because all local television was in French.

I liked that they had an airport shuttle, and the property was close to public transit.

Excellent hotel, clean and quiet. However, a bit disappointed that restaurant was closed.

Immaculate, sound proof, comfortable bed, ecological, delicious food and great location near airport and close to railway station to Toulouse historic Place du Capitole. Staff was extremely attentive, especially William went out of his way several times to make our stay very pleasant. Will definitely return!

There was no shuttle to the airport and this was not made clear on the website when I booked. Also, the restaurant wasn’t open and that wasn’t posted on the website when I booked either.
