Uncorfortable bed.

Everything was fine given the price so no complaints on that score. I have to mentiin however the bed. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. The matress was ultra thin and on a hardboard base ans was extremely uncomfortable.

Stuck in covid times.

1st we had to request for someone to clean room and change towels! I travel alot and having to read an itinerary in the room which i dont usually do is a 1st for me! It says for minimal contact! WHY! Covid was over 2 years ago,all other hotels dont do this and these are 4 star! Hotel needs to move on and put a rota on, last thing i want to do on a city break is organise my own room clean rota. Air conditioning unit on full blast does not produce any sufficient cold air to change room temp, mid summer and room was still showing 21c at 2am,open a window and you get bitten. I know its a budget hotel and cheap but one plug for modern day traveller is a joke.

Great for a budget stay

Not a bad choice if you're on a budget. The only complain I had was the funny smell that I couldn't figure out where from, pillow or duvet or bed?

Great value - too small breakfast room

Great value in a good location with a short walk through a nice park to get you to Old Town entrance in under 10 minutes. Quiet. Only problem is the size of the breakfast room which is inadequate for size of hotel. One morning we gave up and breakfasted in town. Apart from that a good choice.

It was disappointing.

It was a disappointing experience. Asking a parking fee for the client is not appropriate. The sink in the room was open. There was no hairdryer in the room. No hygiene products provided. 1 towel only and it was very thin. With that price, it shouldn't be hard to find some other nice place.
