We had a wonderful time in Torun. 1231 Hotel was great for our needs. It is so close to the Old Town (5 min walk)
The hotel was clean, staff were great. Parking was easy

Lovely old converted mill in a great, walkable location at the edge of the old town. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The restaurant was very good, too. I highly recommend having a dinner there. The only reasons (very minor) I would not give 5 stars were: 1. There was a clicking noise from the lights in the hallway that bothered my (adult) kids all night. They told the front desk, but not sure if it was understood. 2. The duvets on the beds were small and difficult to keep our feet covered.
But these are very minor complaints. Overall we really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights at 1231.

Best hotel staff in all of Poland. If you are traveling to Toruń, this should be the only hotel you consider.

The staff at the front desk were extremely good...professional and were always ready to help with my laundry and any general question.
The same staff booked my train ticket for me, which helped me relax...my train trip was uneventful....and the staff at breakfast were fabulous too....

It was very nice and accommodating. The staff was friendly and I felt safe. They assisted with taxi pickup to and from the airport in Warsaw, which was very kind of them. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel on the edge of Old Town. Staff was great. Restaurant great. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel in Poland.
