Avoid guesthouse, book the hotel. Not the same.
Posted 29 Aug 2022 on HotelsGuesthouse is an old hostel, i felt tricked. Old thin walls, squeaky floors and moldy bathrooms. I asked to be moved out of the guesthouse to the proper hotel and it was 5 out of 5 but I had to pay the difference of course.

Great breakfast! Very convenient location.
The room itself was quite barebones with a bathroom which was not the cleanest.
I believe parking was listed as an amenity when I booked but the staff was very clear that there is no parking at all.

The guesthouse was a great place to stay for our first few nights in the Faroe Islands, as well as my last night in the islands. It was right in the town center, next to a grocery store. Parking was easy to find, and best of all, the included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. In addition to that, there is a kitchen in the premises as well, so that you can make your own meals and use the fridge, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
