The staff were exceptional (very helpful , friendly) the property is clean . But it is not close to anywhere if you want to stay at this property you need to rent car .

Hello, Shibeshi. Thank you for writing a review. We do undestand that we are in a transition area, but actually we are near to many public transportation services e.g. train and bus. Both give our guests the opportunity to easily reach the city centre of Rome, or otherwise, other towns nearby. Furthermore, we do provide for shuttle service which costs list is fixed at the Reception where operators are asked to provide for useful information when guests need assistance. If you are going to come back in the future, we will give you some recommendation on how to spend your time here. Best

This hotel and staff are WONDERFUL! They offer a good shuttle service that is prompt and reliable. The breakfast spread is fresh and really enjoyable. It is located a little more outside of the city, therefore you will need to get the train to go into Rome City Center.

We are aware that our hotel is located in a transition area but this fact can be seen as a plus point because we are near to many attractions or public transportation services. Also, this area is part of the municipality of Fiumicino and not Rome, as many people can think. But, as said, the city center of Rome is easily reacheable by bus or train, thankfully, giving guests the possibility to enjoy the beauty of this breathtaking city. We hope you the best

Dear Guest, thank you for writing a review. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. During check-out we asked you how was your stay, and your answer was positive, we didn't receive any complaint in that moment. The hotel was recently renewed (2018-2019) so we can firmly declare that no room is old, but completely new from head to toe, on the contrary. Moreover, we turned a blind eye on the fact that there was a non-declared extra person in your room (the smallest of your children). Overall, this can be considered as an incorrect and disrespectful behavior towards peolple working hard daily. Regards

Charged for everything including water. Paid 70 Eros for a 6 mile shuttle ride. Otherwise would have been a perfect score if the beds were more comfortable/soft.

Hello, Samuel. Thank you for spending some time in writing a review. We have just checked the total bill of your reservation, and actually no water has been charged. The two bottles inside the mini fridge are always complimentary. The 70,00 euro fare you refer to was a transfer to the beach back and forth. Each price is always communicated in advance, this way our guests can decide wether to use our transportation service or not. Furthermore, the proposed rates, compared to other local transportation services (or Uber) are less expensive or have the same cost. As regards the beds, we do understand that we cannot meet everyone's expectations in this regards. Best
