Great staff. Great location. Clean rooms. Just perfect. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This lodge is in the same area as Villa Serrano, however much more reasonable. The staff is wonderful, the property is cozy and comfortable, and I highly recommend the restaurant. A quick 2 minute walk to the back of the property brings you to a picnic table next to the river with a spectacular view of the Torres Del Paine Massif.

Beautiful location. Easy check-in. Clean room. Reasonable dinner at hotel. Breakfast moderately good. One coffee machine, which was very slow and 5 -10 minutes line.

Sarah was awesome with great service
A few suggestions: add a second coffee machine because the wait is long also offer a pot of regular coffee. The room needs to have dresser or table
The shower needs a soap dispenser
The meals are overpriced for the amount of food provided

Clean, nice, near the park entrance and the staff are like your second family. I personally recommend this hotel.

There were issues that they could/would not address. Light burning out in bathroom creating a strobing light effect. Flippantly suggested we should just enjoy the disco in our room. Little pedal on trashcan in both rooms we booked didn’t work so had to lift lids by hand. Gross. Service in restaurant took forever. Location is great.
