Bed too small, room to hot, air didn’t work

I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame because Segovia is lovely.

Very happy with our stay
Posted 20 Mar 2023 on HotelsJust one night stay, the desk staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English and helped us enormously. Could not wish for better. Breakfast was very pleasant and the food was excellent full marks.

Beautiful place
Posted 18 Dec 2019 on HotelsIt was super windy and they were eating for us. Super nice, gave us glasses for our wine. Recommended us where to park to avoid damage from the trees. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Sad we arrived late and left on the morning. No time to enjoy the place. Stayed with our two dogs.

Great hotel overall. Very comfortable large room with a small balcony. Clean too. Not a lot happening in the town but it was a good place to access both Segovia and the mountains. Breakfast was great too. Would stay here again.

Excellent room, travelling with 2 dogs. Doors onto garden large room friendly staff
