Stayed with my 3year old daughter while using the pool a guest filmed my self and daughter swimming I reported to manager whom didn’t care and said he would kick me out the hotel for kicking off about the lack of safeguarding done stay if you have young children

Hello Adam, Your accusation of a guest 'filming you and your daughter' whilst swimming suggests something that there was a sinister motivation. In reality, what is far more likely is that one of our guests was filming the pool area, not you. Many of our guests like to relay their holiday experiences back with friends and family; and this often involves showing them our fantastic facilities.I tried to find this woman in question, but I could not find anyone that matched your description.You demanded I begin knocking on bedroom doors to find the woman you described to me - to what end, I am not sure. I told you this was not acceptable, nor would I call the police on your behalf as you demanded. Your behavior after leaving the pool was not acceptable, as you screamed and shouted at me over the desk; which is when i told you that if you continued you would have to leave. We have many families stay with us over the summer period, with a 98% return and recommend rate. I am sorry you do not feel the same way; however on this occasion there was very little more I could have done.Regards,TomOperations Manager

Shower didn’t work properly.lots of levels to go up and down with suitcase.bed was awful
