It was good living there, but the ac was under maintenance so it was bit uncomfortable not much though as it start of June.
I stayed with my family of 4 .
The best part was there was a subway and store inside
So you dnt have to go out for basic necessities
I really enjoyed it

We had a great stay in June. There was some construction barely noticeable. The air conditioning wasnt on when we arrived but was quickly repaired and they offered us compensation. We were very happy with our stay with them.

Really nice and convenient place. Well located, free parking! The ac wasn’t working because of an outage but the room was cold at night so no big deal. The staff were really nice. We will definitely come back

Far from downtown but there is a TTC bus stop in front of the place. Rooms were clean and quiet, and a great value for money since you get two rooms and a small kitchenette.

We were told that the air conditioning was not working at check in and given the option to cancel, however, the likelihood of finding other suitable accommodation in the area (Toronto) was not likely so we opted to stay. Only 2 of 6 elevators were working so it was difficult to access our room on the 6th floor. The accommodation is actually student housing so we had a 2 bedroom space with a kitchen and bathroom. Towels and sheets were provided. There was a microwave and a full sized fridge but no dishes or cutlery. The bathroom had a shower but no tub. It was very clean and easy to access from the 404 highway.
