Affordable, quiet and clean. Very far from downtown. Cable was disconnected in our room. Upon checking with front desk they said Maintenance was only available during the day and since we were out during that time it stayed disconnected. Will choose this group again but maybe different location in the same city.

Unfortunately as we do try our best to ensure it is communicated upon reserving but Cable is not provided at our locations, as we do only have Wi-Fi services of which you would be able to connect your smart devices too. Loved this place, would book here over any other budget hotels ending with "Inn" if you know what I mean. My only issue was where we had to park. Would have been very inconvenient in the rain or snow but the students take over in the winter so that wouldn't be an issue. The rain would be though. We will come back next time we have an overnight in close to the airport.

The room was big for the 3 of us with fridge and microwave. Clean room. Receptionists were kind. Easy parking.

Even though I arrived 90 minutes early the staff got me checked in right away - was content to sit in the lobby but much appreciated getting in early
