The room did not sleep 6. The sofa was not a sleeper. The room look nothing like the pictures. The front desk for checkin had no idea of our arrival and had to call the phone number on file for further information. I did not receive an email for check in until 1am in the morning. The front door was hard to lock and would often have to leave the room unlocked so the key did not break.

The property looks good in photos but it desperately needs a deep clean. Carpets were stained and the floor was sticky. We didn’t end up staying but the owner graciously refunded us.

I wouldn’t stay at PlanURstay again.

Property is poorly maintained. Big burn hole in couch, stains everywhere. Broken window closure so you couldn’t fully close the window. Closet doors were off their tracks… Broken lights, just extremely poorly kept place. Representatives are hard to understand.

Avoid, avoid. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment building. After a10 hr journey I arrived at 7pm and the only people there are security, who were not expecting me. They were very polite and tried to be helpful, but they couldn't get hold of anyone, not could I. I had to go to my evening appointment but it turned out the reservation had been cancelled and no one told me till I got an email at 8.30pm. Save yourself the anguish and choose a normal hotel, that employ staff on site.

The room we got was not the one we had reserved. We reserved a 3 bedroom (1 king, 2 queen) family apartment. When we got there we got a 3 bedroom but the 3rd bedroom was more like an office and instead of a queen bed it was a single trundle bed. For a family apartment that sleeps 6 it also only had a 4 person table for eating and no chairs at the counter bar top. The living room also only sat 4 people comfortably. Linens and towels were clean but the overall cleanliness of the apartment was lacking. It was very outdated and clear that repairs were needed in areas.
