Love this Hotel, I would recommend it to all my friends and families. Beautiful and clean, unfortunately, not close to shopping malls or nice areas to walk around, not a nice outside view either... I will rate it as a 3-4 Starts Hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay bc of the property but more impressive the front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Will be back !

Extremely loud group of people in room beside us screaming and playing music. Called the front desk and first asked to change rooms due to the noise but was declined and then was told by the manager there was nothing they could do and offered us ear plugs ?
The manager also never came or sent anyone to their door to address the issue. Payed over 300 dollars for a room to try and catch up on some rest before a flight in the morning and end up being stuck awake all night. We have a video of the noise and it is absurd how loud they are being.
The room also smelled absolutely horrible when we walked in.
