I called this property in advance to ask if they had a fireplace. They said yes only one room in the entire hotel- a suite with a double queen. I was willing to book it for omy wife and I, for almost $400 simply because I was willing to do that to get a fireplace for my wife who really wanted a cozy experience the week before her due date . We got there and they had what I would call an illusion of a fireplace. It’s a fake fireplace with just a light. I could have gotten the equivalent by putting a video of a fire on YouTube. I told them about it and they did nothing about it so hence my review. I am so disappointed in this experience.

I'm sorry we were not able to allow you to stored your luggage in the room beyond the check out time. The room being assigned for the next guest makes such request impossible and the agent explained the situation to you. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations of a very late late check out.

We had a great stay
The hotel is very clean, and the property is so pretty
The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding
The breakfast was amazing!
Only downside was we could hear the people in the hallways, but we’re still able to sleep

Staff very accommodating...assisted us with several requests no questions asked. Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the gourmet lunch!
