The people in the next room were up late(3:30am). They weren't extremely loud but the rooms are not very well insulated for sound.

Bad experience whit this location

Very bad experience , when I arrived at place they gauge two keys but they didn’t open the room . I have to go to front desk for replacing the keycard , finally 3rd set work but they didn’t work when I came back to hotel for second night. Toilet didn’t work after first flush after I complain they came and fixed but agin I had the same experience when I return to hotel, I don’t recommend them at all.

Booked for my daughter and friends as it was closest available to Canada’s Wonderland. Room was not clean at all, they found some surprises under the bed when looking for something in the morning before checking out. Mentioned to front desk Staff they said deal with Expedia since that’s who it was booked with.

Less Than Ideal

The lobby and part of the 2nd floor was being renovated so it wasn’t as clean because of it. There was no soap in the room. I was told they were experiencing supply issues and to use the body gel instead. The shampoo and body wash was had a slight unpleasant scent. The hair conditioner was find. Although there was a nice roomy shower, there was no towel rack in the bathroom, just hooks on the back of the door.
