apartment was great. Location was very good. The procedures before the rental are very time consuming and should expect to spend time on this. Had trouble with parking spot, access to the space and elevator access with fob but not terrible.

This is not a real hotel. It is an apartment building. They require clients to sign and extensive contract and there is no mention of this before the point of sale. If the client doesn't agree with the contract we need.to be offered a refund. This property forced me to pay for nothing because i did not agree with their contract. This is not a normal hotel never stay at any Canada Suites.

We kindly ask that all guests agree in writing and adhere to our strict no party / no loitering policy and to our strict non smoking policy. This is the same as the registration policy at every hotel. I am sorry if you felt that these requirements were too strict for you, however, all of these stipulations are clearly listed on our Expedia listing. Highly recommend! We enjoyed the two bed and two bath with small but comfortable kitchen. Location is amazing, right in downtown and easy to walk around and get to every place. Apartment is super clean and maintained really well. We would love to come back again. Property owner was super responsive and helpful with all the check in process.

Property is clean and the responses to enquiries are quick as well. No onsite property managers and There's a cost of $100 for any housekeeping in the room during the stay.

This property was discribed properly, very easy instructions from check in to checkout. I will stay here on my next visit to Toronto as all amenities are near and you are in the heart of DT This suit was spacious much better than a hotel in my opinion
