"This is a lovely centrally located property. Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "

"Really wonderful place. Outside the really busy areas like shibuya, but not hard to get to the subway and visit all those areas within 20-30 minutes max including walking time. Very close to a 7-11 and a ton of restaurants. The room is small, but that should be expected from Tokyo hotel rooms. "
