Good location but the room didn’t look like the picture. It was a very sub standard room for the price.

We really enjoed being able to walk to the shoppiing centre, choices for cafes and restaurants.

The carpets needs to be cleaned or replaced very stained.
Our 36 week pregnant daughter and granddaughter had to wait for 40 minutes for the elevator to get to level 9. It was my wedding day and this caused a lot of stress and being behind schedule. Due to only one elevator working and the cleaning staff using the same elevator.

The property was in a central location. Walking distance to Queens park and across the road from the Empire Theatre. Reception staff were accommodating and helpful. Easy check in and underground secure car park.

Great location nice staff
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsGreat service from the front desk staff. The location is perfect, we parked the car and left it there all weekend as everything was walking distance.
Downside is the bathrooms need an upgrade as they have a lot of build up, no aircon in the bedroom and the beds are only queen sized and are hard.
Close to some amazing restaurants.

I really valued the staff!! Stayed here post-surgery as I couldn't mobilise at home. The staff were all extremely helpful, respectful & friendly. They were all ready to help whenever they saw me, They even went out to buy a new shower chair for me to use as they were not happy with the one they had in storage. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Thankyou all ♥️
