Lovely clean modern rooms. Staff were very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was no air con in the bedroom. The lounge area has one, but none in the bedroom, only a ceiling fan. We stayed mid April, so the weather was starting to cool down, but I don’t know if I would like to stay in the middle of Queensland summer. We stayed in 1 bedroom appartment

Our rooms are fairly compact, so even with the only air conditioning unit in the lounge rooms of our One Bedroom Apartments, they are powerful enough that even without the fans on, they can cool the whole apartment down in no time! Slightly congested in terms of parking

We are so glad to hear that you found us to be a great accommodation provider for short term stay - however we are also equipped and prepared for long term accommodation needs as well as we are fully self contained apartments. In regards to our parking, during the dates of your stay we had an unexpected influx of cars that were not known to reception park in the motel as some guests bought in 2 or 3 cars without reception approval. We do understand and apologise for any inconvenience regarding this and please be assured this is not a common or expected occurrence as we typically have more than enough spare spaces. I was having an infusion at hospital delighted to ind I could walk through a gate on property straight into grounds of Toowoomba Base. They extended my stay for a couple of hours so I could leave my car at motel and come back through gate. Fantastic service couldn’t fault them.
