My only complaint about the room as an American is the bed and pillows being too hard for my comfort. I had to add an extra mattress pad for my preference. We did also have a bit of trouble finding it. I suggest using the nearby bus stop as a map marker. It is a free feet away from the entrance of the...

Top Tone Hotel Reviews

Narita Gateway Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Good size room, well maintained, even though it is an older property, very good facility and amenities, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The included bus to and from Narita city center and the bus to and from the airport were great services."
